Arc Welding Robotic Application
MIG welding is a commonly used high deposition rate welding process. Wire is continuously fed from a spool and the most common gas used in the welding process is argon. Today Fuzzy Logic and Artificial Intelligence welding power supply can keep the welding current within a tighter range. Based upon the optimum form,(welding condition memory) artificial intelligence software independently adjust the dynamic components of the arc to fine tune every variable of the welding operation such as gas, current, voltage range, etc. With Artificial Intelligence's constant voltage welding power supply we can get the best welding performance such as Fuzzy Constant Bead Width Adjustment, Fuzzy Constant Penetration, Artificially Intelligent Wave Form Control and Spatter Reduction.

Pulsed arc welding
A pulse of current gives one metal droplet per pulse, resulting in spatter-free welds; useful, for example, for aluminum and high-alloy steel welding.
TIG welding is a commonly used high quality welding process. TIG welding has become a popular choice of welding processes when high quality precision welding is required. In TIG welding an arc is formed between a non-consumable tungsten electrode and the metal being welded. Gas is fed through the torch to shield the electrode and molten weld pool. If filler wire is used, it is added to the weld pool separately. For arc welding applications we prefer Panasonic Robots. Panasonic robots maximize productivity right out of the box. They're easy to use, fast and simple to teach and offer advanced software integrated with smart power supplies to maximize weld quality and welding speed.
